David Victor Harlen, 70, a loving father, brother and grandfather, passed away at home, Tuesday, April 28, 2015 with his family at his side. David was born June 1, 1944 in Tennessee to Victor Frank and Billy Norman Harlen. They both preceded him in death along with two sisters, Bonnie Tolbert and Barbara Shrank. Survivors: Sons, Robert and Shane Harlen; sisters, Sissy Estes and Annette Inman; brothers, Bart and Raymond Harlen; grandson, Gavin.
