Constance Hamer

Constance “Connie” Hamer, 72, passed away, Thursday, May 3, 2018 at home in Springtown. Connie was born November 14, 1945 in Pittsburg, Kansas to Joseph Hugh Parks and Florinne Faye Francis Parks Tierney. They both preceded her in death along with an infant brother, Michael Parks, infant sister, Margaret Parks and step father, George Tierney. Connie worked as a Radiation Technician and was cherished by friends and coworkers. She was known for her sense of humor, kindness, friendliness and her style. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 43 years, James “Jim” Hamer; Daughter, Michele Oppenheim and husband, Nicholas; granddaughter, Brynn; brothers, Timothy Parks and wife, Laurie and Neil Parks; sisters Danielle Carter, Gia Zill and husband, Jim; best friends, Vicki and Frank Garcia and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
