Marion Grubbs

Marion J. Grubbs, 71, a driver for Auto Truck Transport, passed away peacefully, Monday, July 31, 2017 at home surrounded by those that love him. At his request there will be no service scheduled. Marion was born May 31, 1946 in Abilene to Marvin J. and Omadean Gafford Grubbs. They both preceded him in death along with a sister, Sherry Grubbs. Marion is survived by his devoted wife of 40 years, Kay Snapka Grubbs; children, Macey Berry and husband, Paul, Merick Grubbs and Dyllon Grubbs; sisters, Barbara Zink and husband Buzz and Marca Peel and husband, Joe; grandchildren, Preston, Taylor and Kaleb Berry and Emrick J. Grubbs; and best friend, Charlie Sims; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
