Francis Curtis Gillis, 68, passed away, Wednesday, February 20, 2019 in Decatur. Curtis was born July 28, 1950 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Henry Boyd and Lois Lorene (Paslay) Gillis. They both preceded him in death along with a sister, Carolyn Bryant. He is survived by his brothers, Johny Boyd Gillis and Eddie Gillis and wife, Paula; sister, Joyce Spencer; and several children.
