Dorothy Gary

Dorothy Lee Brown Gary, 89, went home to be with the Lord, Tuesday, October 15, 2019 in Decatur. Graveside: 2 p.m., Monday at Alzeland Memorial Park. Visitation: 2-4 Sunday at Alexander’s Midway, Springtown. She was born June 11, 1930 in Weatherford to Lawrence and Josephine (Peacock) Brown. They both preceded her in death along with her husband, Claude Gary, three sons, Samuel, Hubert and Melvin Gary, grandson, Steven Gary and several brothers and sisters. Dorothy is survived by her son, Charles Gary and wife, Linda Jo; daughter, Joestta Gary; step sister, Sharon Gary; grandchildren, Sheila, Sondra, Susie, Maria, Claudia, John, Tonya, Kevin, Carol, Debra, Tony and Cindy; numerous great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
