Howard Lee Fox, Jr., 49, Passed away, Monday, April 13, 2020 at home. He was born May 6, 1970 in San Jose, California to Howard Lee Fox, Sr. and Shirley Joyce Thompson Fox. They both welcomed him home. Howard loved working in the oil fields. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and most of all, spending time with his family. Left to cherish fond memories are his loving wife of 30 years, Rachel Riddle Fox; sons, Justin FoxN and Hayden Fox; sister, Lisa Moss and husband, Billy; granddaughter, Mylie Riddle; extended family and many friends.
