Ralph Formanek Jr

Lone Camp-Ralph William Formanek, Jr., 61, passed away, Sunday, January 15, 2017, at home surrounded by those who love him. Ralph was born February 28, 1955 in Mason City, Iowa to Ralph William Formanek and Kathryn Helen Sharp Pinneke. He preceded in death by his brother Mike Sharp and mother in law, Eleanor Stockstill.
He worked for Thomas S. Byrne Construction for 37 years and was the commissioner, umpire and coach with Castleberry Youth Association and was on the support staff of the Castleberry High School Rodeo Club.
Survivors: Wife of 34 years, Neysa Stockstill Formanek; children, Heather Edwards and husband, Ronald, Michael Formanek and Michele Phillips and husband, Casey; siblings, Teresa Robinson and husband, Jay, Mary Lawlor and Joe Lawlor; grandchildren, Courtney, Jordan, Bryce, Kaitlyn, Ben, Caleb, Alyssa, Mackenzee and Miranda; father in law, Stocky Stockstill; brother in law, Stan Stockstill and wife, Susan; and niece, Kelsey; and nephew, Parker.
