Odis Dixon

Otis “Earl” Dixon, 70, passed away Friday, April 21, 2023 in Azle. He was born February 22, 1953 in Montgomery Luisiana to Merritt Andrew and Myrtle Jane (Delaney) Dixon. Earl is preceded in death by his parents. He received a master’s decree from North Texas University and a Bachelor’s from Northwestern State University. Earl was retired from Lockheed Martin after 34 years of service. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Fort Worth and enjoyed riding Harleys, hunting, fishing, and travel. Earl loved to spend time with his family. He is survived by his wife of 24 years Ladonna Dixon; son, Brannon Dixon and his wife Paige; daughter, Kelsey Bitner and her husband Austin; brother Harold Dixon; sister, Barbara Bell; grandchildren, Colten, Emerson, Kyndal, Taylor, and a baby girl on the way, numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends. Earl will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
