Harvey Owen Dilley, 88, passed away, Thursday, March 29, 2018 in Weatherford. Placement of cremated remains at a later date with his wife at Laurel Land Dallas. He was born April 22, 1929 in Dallas to Si and Maggie Dilley. They both preceded him in death along with his wife, Doris Dilley and son, Roy Owen Dilley. Harvey is survived by his granddaughter, Shanna Head and husband, Michael; daughter, Sandra Lynn Dilley; son Gregory Wayne Dilley; brother, Wendell Dilley and wife, Betty; grandson, Hertis Dilley and great grandson, Joseph E. Parcels, Jr.
