Victoria Lee Lockhart Darter, 62, passed away, Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at home. Victoria was born September 26, 1956 in Germany to John Lockhart and Patricia Kelley Bowen. Her father preceded her in death along with a brother, Michael Lockhart. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth; her mother; son, Rawly Bransom and wife, Mel; daughter, Kristen Gunter and husband, Ryan; son, Roby Darter; sisters, Janet, Janie, Sharon and Kathy; grandchildren, Griffin, Grayson, Kinsleigh, Brinleigh; Kellar and Wyatt.
