Diana Carol Cowan, 71, a loving sister passed away peacefully, Monday, August 8, 2017 in White Settlement. Diana was born June 5, 1946 in Medera, California to John Elmo and Margaret Ryan Cowan. They preceded her in death along with two brothers. She is survived by her step brother, Kenneth McMullen and wife, Deana and step sister, Brenda Clark and husband, Ray; and several nieces and nephews.
