Rita Marie Stevens Coutant, 60, passed away, Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at home surrounded by those that love her. She was born September 15, 1959 in Seaford, Delaware to Thomas Joseph and Patsy Ellen (O’Neal) Stevens. They both preceded her in death. Rita is survived by her loving husband, Paul Coutant; daughter, Misty Marie Torres and husband, Chad; son, Chris Dodd; daughter, Danielle Elliott; two sisters and ten grandchildren.
