Lonnie Chesney

Lonnie Houston Chesney, 77, passed away, Wednesday, October 2, 2019 in Fort Worth. He was born January 8, 1942 in Mineral Wells. Lonnie was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Bernice Chesney and a sisterJanet George. He was a drag race enthusiast, enjoyed building and repairing RC Planes and was a member of the Springtown Flying Club. Lonnie had a great sense of humor and most of all he loved to spend time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his devoted wife of 46 years, Donna Zaidle Chesney; sons, Gregory Chesney and wife, Latrice and Brandon Chesney and wife, Nicki; brothers, John (Dotti), Ricky, Allen (Sharon) and Wendell (Kandy); sister, Gaylene (J.B.) grandchildren, Amber, Alyson, Bradyn and Landon; great grandson, Zade; and special friends, Cheryl and David Nicklas, Janice and Ronald Young and Susie and Roddy Murr.
