Randall Wayne Carter, 51, passed away, Tuesday, October 4, 2022 in Denton. He was born October 24, 1970 to Thomas Wayne and Glenda Gale (Allen) Carter in Denton. Randall served in the U.S. Army and worked in construction for many years. Randall will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his mother, Glenda Hogan; and brother, Brandon Carter.
