Curtiss Glen Carter, 47, passed away, Saturday, December 26, 2020 in Decatur. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. He was born May 2, 1973 in Denton. His father, Thomas Wayne Carter preceded him in death. Curtiss is survived by his son, Garrett Carter; daughter, Maddie McElroy-Gallegos; mother, Gale Hogan; brothers, Christopher, Randall and Brandon Carter; several nieces, nephews and extended family.
