Phillip Carr

Phillip Wade Carr, 49, of Azle, went to be with the Lord September 2. He was born June 18, 1974 to Eddie and Joyce (Densmore) Carr. Phillip was preceded in death by his father, Eddie W. Carr and his grandparents. He was the most loving and devoted father, grandfather, son and brother. Phillip drove a truck for SAT Trucking since September 8, 2018. He is survived by his son, Austin Carr and his wife Tiffany; daughter, Caitlin Carr; granddaughters, Emory and Maisley Carr; mother, Joyce Carr Butler; brother, Eric Carr and wife Heather; niece, Raechel Smith; nephews, Jacob Carr and Mitch Williams; and extended family and friends.
