Those who cherished her are her beloved daughter, Cheri Spencer; her brother, David Slater, and wife Helen; her grandson, Timothy Spencer; and daughters-in-law, Kathy Spencer and Diane Spencer. Carol is preceded in death by her parents, Cecil V. Slater and Jaunita (Rice) Slater, and her son, Robert Craig Spencer.
