James W. Cannon, 81, passed away, Wednesday, January 13, 2016. James was born, March 18, 1934 in Tioga, to Vancel Baron and Dorothy Cook Cannon. They both preceded him in death along with his sisters, Bonnie Hinkle and Peggy West. Survivors: His devoted wife of 59 years, Bessie; children, J.V. Cannon and wife, Janet, Johnny Cannon and wife, Carla, J. Robert Cannon and wife, Shelly and Kim Bales and husband, David; 11 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren.
