Dennis Cannon

Dennis Eddy (Ed) Cannon, 90, a loving and faithful husband, father and grandfather, passed away peacefully, Friday, June 28, 2019 at home in Azle, surrounded by those that love him. At his request, there will be no service scheduled. Dennis was born December 17, 1928 in Hurst to Guy and Sallie (Daniels) Cannon. They both preceded him in death. He was a resident in the Azle area for 37 years and was a retired fireman from Lockheed, where he worked for 40 years.. Dennis was an excellent mechanic and could fabricate or build anything you might need and was always willing to lend a helping hand. He was a true gentleman, loved racing cars and was forever a Ford man. Left to cherish wonderful memories are his wife of 35 years, Barbara Cannon; daughter, Deborah Cannon Kircher and husband, Tom; sons Dennis E. Cannon and wife, Becky and Colin Castelli; and grandchildren, Ian and Evan Cannon.
