Tammy Bynum, 62, of Springtown, Texas and Shawnee, Oklahoma, passed away in her sleep, at home in Shawnee, on Saturday, December 31, 2022 after a long battle with various health issues.
Tammy was born April 15, 1960 in Ft. Worth to Shelly Harrell and Frankie Parish. Born with a rare heart condition, she had her first of three heart surgeries in 1965 when she was only five years old. Tammy was a faithful servant of Christ and His Church. She was baptized at Haltom City Baptist Church in 1986 and a member of New Hope Baptist Church since 1990. She drove the church van, served on the fellowship committee, served at many Vacation Bible Schools, but she was best known for her wonderful cooking.
Tammy will be missed by her family, friends, and church. Well done, good and faithful servant. Thank you New Hope & Fairview Baptist Church, we love you.
