He was preceded in death by his parents, Boyd & Virgie Ward Burk along with a sister, Carol Jane. He is survived by sons; Justin and Cody Burk and his wife, Emily; sister, Rosemary Slanton; brothers, Kenneth and Elmer Burk; grandchildren, Savannah, Colton, Ramsay, Brady and Caroline.
