Wesley Bucey

Wesley Joseph Bucey, 81, passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2024 in Springtown. He was born October 6, 1943 to Wesley W. Bucey and Evelyn (See) Bucey in Chicago IL. Wesley was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Susan Demaree; and brother, Lee Bucey.
Wesley graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelors degree, majoring in Chemistry with a minor in Zoology . He was a 32nd degree Mason and Shriner, Lawn Lodge 815 in Oaklawn Illinois. Wesley was a member of Toast Masters and loved story telling. He also enjoyed cooking, playing card games and doing card tricks.
He is survived by his daughters, Lisa Van Dyne and husband Tom, and Wendy Bucey; grandchildren, Amanda, Kyle, Alex and Adam, along with extended family and friends. Wesley will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
