David’s is a soul that will be missed by many. Those that knew him will smile when they remember his kind, goofy mannerisms and his incredible sense of humor.
David served his country, proudly, for 2 years. After retiring, he directed his energy into doing things that he was truly passionate about. More than anything, he enjoyed spending time in nature. Whether he was fishing, camping, professionally landscaping or admiring the beautiful snowy mountains of Colorado; David wanted to be outdoors. He was a family man, so time together was of the utmost importance to him. Spending time with his loved ones was invaluable and he favored activities that allowed him to cultivate that togetherness. He enjoyed a good BBQ, as well as involving his grandchildren in everything that he could. He loved spending time with them and teaching them all that he had to offer. David was a creative man, that creativity crossing over into many areas of his life. He was an artist and a crafter; sketching, drawing and bringing life to his visions that will be cherished and valued by his loved ones for years to come.
When he wasn’t creating art, he was still enjoying it in the form of graphic design. He was a gamer, playing anything from first person shooters, to pac man, and occasionally a round of billiards in the mix.
Those who knew him, loved him; those who loved him will remember the ripple he has forever created in their lives.
