He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Jimmie Lois Rhoten Blackiston; and children, Paula, Latricia and Stephen. Survivors: Daughter, Sandra Hendricks and husband, Rodney; son, Scott Blackiston; sister-in-laws, Carolyn Rhoten Tate and Sandra Rhoten Santos and husband, Gilbert; grandchildren, Krystal, Shawna and Matt; great grandchildren, Abbie and Lilly.
