Robert Berg Jr

Robert Warren Berg Jr., of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away on Friday, April 23, 2021. Bob was born Sunday, February 7, 1954 to Robert W. and Serintha Mae (Lowe) Berg in Houston, Texas. Bob was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Janelle Berg.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, May 15, 2021, at First Baptist Church, Boyd. Reverend Dr. Lee Berg of Washington Park UCC, Denver, and Pastor Josh Fowler of Trinity Baptist Church, Boyd, will officiate.
Bob was a member of Trinity Baptist Church, Boyd, where he served faithfully as the Minister of Music since 2011. He had a love for music as a young child and served in music ministry for over 43 years. He was also a member of the Singing Men of North Texas. Bob never met a stranger and always shared his love for his Savior with every person he encountered.
Bob is survived by his wife of 41 years, Phyllis (Parker) Berg; son, Christopher Berg; daughter, Stephanie Berg; and cousins, George Berg, Lee Berg, Jeff Berg, Greg Berg, Brian Berg, Annette Branco, and Jeri Howell.
