Keith Scott Bell, 58, passed away, Friday, January 22, 2021 at home surrounded by those that love him. He was born August 31, 1962 in Monticello, New York. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Selena Bell and grandparents, Eleanor and Frazier Stanton. He is survived by his wife, Gena Patterson-Bell; son, Franklin Patterson-Bell; daughter, Heidi Tucker; son, Christopher Bell; daughter, Kaylah Bell; mother, Marylou Muller; brother, Gary Bell; sister, Patty Levine; grandchildren, Karlie, Stephanie, Rocelle, Giovanni, Leo, Carmella and Pierce; and several nieces, nephews and extended family.
