Charlotte Bailey

Charlotte Ann (Partain) Bailey, 79, completed her life journey June 20, 2022 in Decatur. She was born in Houston to Lona Freeman August 14,1942, who proceeded her in death along with her husband Alfred Joe Bailey. Charlotte was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was an avid gardener and animal lover. Charlotte especially loved her dog Rufus. She donated regularly to various animal charities. Charlotte loved to visit Galveston and be near the ocean. She is survived by her son, Denis Bailey; daughter, Shelly Joann Bailey; brother, Robert Partain; sister, Kathleen Ellen Pugsley; grandchildren, Chelsea, Alfred (Joey), Kirsti, Kennedy; great grandchildren, Skyland, Remington, Rebel and Piper. Numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
