James Ray Armstrong AKA "Kiowa Baker" 68, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by those that love him, Thursday, January 12, 2017 in Paradise.
He was born January 9, 1949 in Paradise to Porter Thomas and Louetta Tackle Armstrong. They both preceded him in death.
James was an avid shooter and master electrician by trade. He served in the US Navy and enjoyed Old West reenactments and was known to many as Kiowa Baker.
He is survived by his wife, Robbin Fennell; daughter, Alisha Fennell and fiancé, Scotty Hopko; son, Richard Coomer; sister Joyce Smith and husband, Rick; grandchildren, Kyle and Blake Cagle and Bailey and Hunter Coomer; nephews, Landon, Heath and Chance Smith.
