Randy Allen, 65, passed away, Wednesday, November 30, 2016 in Decatur. Randy was born April 26, 1951 in Fort Worth to Howard Baron and Ruby Ellen Beckner Allen. His father preceded him in death. Along with his wife, Brenda McDougle Allen. Randy was an exceptional selfless man who was loved by many family and friends. Survivors: Mother, Ruby Farley; fiance`, Janice Weeks; daughter, Leslie (Blake) Harrell; sons, Bud and Anthony Allen; siblings, Butch (Kathy), Linda Marie, Tim (Linda), Terry, Glenda, Steve (Barbara), Dene (Ed), Tony and Diane.
