Joel Acree

Joel Woods Acree, 59, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, September 26, 2018, surrounded by those that love him. Joel was born October 5, 1958 in Fort Worth to Sygle Woods “Woodie" and Imigene Bolin Acree. His father preceded him in death along with his wife, Cathy Whatley Acree, sister, Donna Gail Dines and brother in law, Don Mathes. Joel is survived by his mother; daughters, LaCresha Willingham and husband, Chris, Crystal Stoffer and Shala MacPherson and husband, Andrew; sisters, Faye Murphree and husband, David, Leanne Browning, Darlene Acree, Deana Mathes and Robbie Jones and husband, Stephen; brother in law, Randy Dines; grandsons, Dustin, Brandon, Jacob, Matthew, Braedon and Aiden; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
